Customer experiences
Konza Strength is more than just a place to build muscle and get your daily workout in. The sense of community that comes with the gym is outstanding. Come as you are, be ready to be coached and cared for, and build strength along the way. Coach Aaron has done a great job and is a very knowledgeable coach.
Staff is excellent and genuinely cares about your goals and will taylor coaching to fit your needs. Whether itâs competition, recovery, strength or basics this place will push you to be better.
Konza Strength has been an incredible gym and community for my husband and me. As a military family who moves frequently, itâs been hard to find another gym that compares. We love the flexibilityâwhether itâs using the wide variety of machines and gym equipment or having the open space and essentials for CrossFit and Olympic lifting. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The facility is welcoming and well-equipped, making it a great fit for anyone looking to try something new. Itâs super easy to get started with classes, and thereâs plenty of room to growâwhether youâre interested in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, or CrossFit. We truly miss it!
I accidentally joined this gym. It was an honest mistake. I thought I was walking into a new restaurant (I thought the sign said Konza Steak) and five minutes later someone was handing me a keyfob and explaining what a âdeadliftâ is. But seriously, joining a gym was horrifying. The whole place looked like a medieval torture chamber to me. For a minute I thought I had stepped onto the set of Game of Thrones. People kept talking about âbarsâ but nobody was pouring drinks. Imagine my disappointment. I considered leaving. I thought about walking to my car and pretending I never signed up. But then another member started telling me about what a great gym it is, and talked to me through the entire warm up. When the hour was over I ran for the door, but someone stopped me and asked if I was coming back the next day. Iâm not sure why, but I agreed to give it another shot. But then something amazing happened. After the first week of trying not to pass out, I realized I was actually having a little fun. The weights stopped being scary, the barbells got a little lighter, and I stopped confusing hip circle bands and resistance bands. The echo bike is, and always will be, scary. The point is, I found myself actually ENJOYING this place! Fast forward a year and a half: I, the girl who once got winded walking to the fridge, the girl who had never in her life played a sport, the girl who would never consider herself to be athletic, the girl who faked an injury to avoid running a mileâŠ.now squats actual weights on purpose. My friends donât recognize me anymoreânot because of my gains, but because I wonât shut up about this gym. I canât remember what I did with my time before I joined Konza Steak. I canât imagine going more than a day or two without seeing these people and feeling the love and encouragement I get from this gym. Itâs truly my home away from home now. So yeah, I 10/10 recommend Aaron and his gym. He and the rest of the coaches are top tier, and I wouldnât want to learn from anyone else. But Konza isnât just a place to go to get some decent muscles. Itâs a place where anyone can find the courage to dream. Itâs a place where you can find lifelong friendships and an entire crew of hype people. Itâs a place that doesnât care where you come from, as long as you keep showing up. Itâs the best place, and it can change your life if you let it.
Konza Strength is a gym.
