Konza Strength is more than just a place to build muscle and get your daily workout in. The sense of community that comes with the gym is outstanding. Come as you are, be ready to be coached and cared for, and build strength along the way. Coach Aaron has done a great job and is a very knowledgeable coach.

Konza Strength has been an incredible gym and community for my husband and me. As a military family who moves frequently, it’s been hard to find another gym that compares. We love the flexibility—whether it’s using the wide variety of machines and gym equipment or having the open space and essentials for CrossFit and Olympic lifting. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The facility is welcoming and well-equipped, making it a great fit for anyone looking to try something new. It’s super easy to get started with classes, and there’s plenty of room to grow—whether you’re interested in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, or CrossFit. We truly miss it!

I accidentally joined this gym. It was an honest mistake. I thought I was walking into a new restaurant (I thought the sign said Konza Steak) and five minutes later someone was handing me a keyfob and explaining what a ‘deadlift’ is. But seriously, joining a gym was horrifying. The whole place looked like a medieval torture chamber to me. For a minute I thought I had stepped onto the set of Game of Thrones. People kept talking about “bars” but nobody was pouring drinks. Imagine my disappointment. I considered leaving. I thought about walking to my car and pretending I never signed up. But then another member started telling me about what a great gym it is, and talked to me through the entire warm up. When the hour was over I ran for the door, but someone stopped me and asked if I was coming back the next day. I’m not sure why, but I agreed to give it another shot. But then something amazing happened. After the first week of trying not to pass out, I realized I was actually having a little fun. The weights stopped being scary, the barbells got a little lighter, and I stopped confusing hip circle bands and resistance bands. The echo bike is, and always will be, scary. The point is, I found myself actually ENJOYING this place! Fast forward a year and a half: I, the girl who once got winded walking to the fridge, the girl who had never in her life played a sport, the girl who would never consider herself to be athletic, the girl who faked an injury to avoid running a mile
.now squats actual weights on purpose. My friends don’t recognize me anymore—not because of my gains, but because I won’t shut up about this gym. I can’t remember what I did with my time before I joined Konza Steak. I can’t imagine going more than a day or two without seeing these people and feeling the love and encouragement I get from this gym. It’s truly my home away from home now. So yeah, I 10/10 recommend Aaron and his gym. He and the rest of the coaches are top tier, and I wouldn’t want to learn from anyone else. But Konza isn’t just a place to go to get some decent muscles. It’s a place where anyone can find the courage to dream. It’s a place where you can find lifelong friendships and an entire crew of hype people. It’s a place that doesn’t care where you come from, as long as you keep showing up. It’s the best place, and it can change your life if you let it.

Konza Strength is a gym.
