I'd give 10 stars if I could. I had questions about forming an LLC. I put in 5 online requests to different business law firms and Kreamer was the only one to reply. The reply included cost, all the documents I'd be getting for that cost, and available dates. I then called 3 other law firms and no other law firm could confirm this level of service. At my appointment, Sam told me I didn't need an LLC--it wouldn't cover me in my situation--and even showed me the Iowa Code to back it up. And then didn't charge me. At all. The level of ethics here is unmatched. He could have filled out all that paperwork and charged me because I never asked if I needed one; I just said I wanted one. But he went the extra step to ask why.
