Received a parking ticket for failing to present it during parking (monthly parking, btw). Spoke to Metcalf and they said to email parking permit, which I did, but since I sent it from my personal email (without my full name in it), I was told the ticket still stands and that the contract was terminated because I they looked at my email name, and concluded it was someone else - again, without verifying my identity. This was a breach of contract, and with one infraction, contract terminated. Unreal. Came here to see the 1.9 star review, and I'm not shocked. I would avoid like the plague.

Not surprised that there is a 1.5 rating. We cancelled our parking spot in May and kept being charged up and including August. When we questioned it, we were told “well you kept paying” and that the email we sent to cancel was for a different department therefore there’s nothing they can do. When I said this was unacceptable and that I would be taking legal action as well as writing a bad review. The response was “I’m sorry you feel that way”. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I advise anyone to avoid this place at all cost. This is a shoppers drug mart parking lot, it used to be free to park there and now this company bought it so all they care about is money. Disgusting.
