This store and the amazing staff are the absolute best. The prices are fantastic , the variety, out of this world, but the quality is exceptional.Absolutely adorable couture. Variety you would not get anywhere else in the world.The lady downstairs helped me buy a chain,the lady with the bobbed hair cut, was so kind, going above and beyond to find everything I needed with such enthusiasm. Even though I didn’t speak French.She was such a joy. If you want the best and exceptional service this store has it all. Such an experience in Paris. Merci.

I just arrived at the store at 7 pm and they closed the door on my face. And all of them from inside the store just kept saying no I can’t enter. They Would not even let me explain my situation. I am a student my classes end at 7 pm yet I was able to run from school so I could but a domestic machine needle. I have an exam the next day and I had to go home to stitch on my machine but my domestic needle broke. I am so sad with the service. For the next 10 mins I waited outside the store and they were still there but won’t bother to help me. 👏👏

I'm a tourist from America. It was pouring rain. I walked by and screamed to my husband, "It's a fabric shop!" We had to be somewhere else so I didnt have time to shop but I wanted the name and address so I could find the shop the following day. I came in, asked for a business card. Neither clerk spoke English, neither smiled, neither tried to help in any way. I took a photo of their shopping bags bc they had the name & address of the store. I smiled happily as I left saying, "Merci!" and the cashier LITERALLY just grumbled, "Uh hun."

You can find lots of stuff relating to sewing. But prices are expensive. The personnel are not so friendly, especially some old ladies. They act like my grandmothers instead of smiling and helping out with customers.
