The old man who drives the big blue van was asleep at the wheel at the coop car wash! I had to honk my horn to get him to move his head and realize the door had been open for 3 minutes! Get your drivers tested! On duty in the cab and asleep at the wheel. Ridiculous.

Called for a cab when during slow traffic and we waited for 30 minutes and no ride showed up. Called them and said they’d be here in 2 minutes and it’s been 10 already. Worst services EVER 😒 do better.

Had a paid ride and set up with paperwork the day before through NIHB with a specific appt time and they said they would be 20 min. Ended up being 4 hours late. Tried to speak to a manager or supervisor and it was excuse after excuse instead of accepting feedback and trying to do better. Inexcusable.
