MJH Architects were recommended to us by good friends, and we have since passed their details on to other local friends as we believe they deliver an excellent service at a brilliant price. Mark took the time to understand our family life and how we could create a design for our house that will work now and in the future. Kate was always on hand to answer any questions we might have had about the process and the communication throughout has been brilliant. Mark and Kate were really helpful and efficient in helping with obtaining planning permission for an extension and loft conversion at my property. Mark came out very quickly to measure and explained all the stages to obtaining permission clearly so I understood exactly what the process would be. The review sessions were helpful and allowed us to adjust the plans accordingly. Later, during the planning application process, they directly managed the concerns raised by the council and successfully adjusted the proposal to gain planning permission. I enjoyed working with them both.
