So disappoined with the order the size supposed to be 14 it is 12 And very little amount of chicken I had same pizza at Pizza garden metrotown, huge difference honestly And on the application there is no way to report it The chicken old enough Sooooo disapointed

This place was the closest one since we moved! We were super happy with the Metrotown location, but we moved and this was now our new place to order pizza! So disappointed!!!!! Not only pizza is always uncooked or pale, but delivery time made it 100 times worse as we only can taste super cold pizza! I gave them a chance over and over but today was so bad that we ended up making dinner after waiting 1h for pizza to be delivered 3.4km! In the end, the pizza arrived super cold, uncooked and toppings were stuck to the lid of the box, and as they put something heavy on the top of the box! New West location is nothing close to other franchises, this place is destroying Pizza Garden's name and reputation!
