After being a patient of Dr. McCook's for over 10 years, I can confidently say that he is an exceptional physician. He is patient, attentive, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. McCook goes above and beyond by thoroughly investigating issues instead of dismissing them. His dedication to his patients is evident in his generous and caring approach. He takes the time to get to know each individual and celebrates their progress with a genuine smile. I highly recommend Dr. McCook to anyone seeking a truly outstanding doctor.

I haven’t been to this clinic in 6 years. I went today and was extremely impressed! Over the past two weeks, the staff has been wonderful about helping me get the right paperwork taken care of. Today’s visit began with Emily who was extremely pleasant to deal with during the preliminaries, prior to my seeing Dr. Amanda Fields. Dr. Fields thoroughly exceeded my expectations with her professionalism and friendly manner. I was amazed at the time she takes to learn about her patients. She is, most definitely, one of the best doctors that I have ever been to see.

Edit: The lab tech, who seems to be the only person dealing with every single patient who needs bloodwork, is patient, kind, and quick with a needle. Really excellent service. Deanna (I think?) in billing was able to help me deal with an annoying back-and-forth issue with my insurance company, and she always called me back even when I was frustrated. They also offer a discount on deductible payments, which is great. It's nice having a one-stop-shop in La Pine. The doctors (I see Janice Cody) and physicians assistants that I see have always been excellent, even thought it sometimes takes a long time to schedule an appointment. They're expanding their facilities, so hopefully appointments are easier to come by in the near future.

Dr. Hameed was so wonderful to my son. She was very diligent, listened to our concerns and was very patient. She didn't seem rushed and took her time with us. She had genuine concern and care for my son. It definitely was a relief to feel like we were in good hands.
