Ordered the shoes online and the purchase was confirmed, I came to store for a pick up. They told me it was canceled although it was never canceled, just while I was at the store it got canceled. I would appreciate if they they simply said it’s out of stock or they could just update their website rather coming all the way for them to find it’s not available. Bad costumer service.

Not many small sizes. Clean store very spacious. Some reasonable deals available. The clearance rack prices we still high.

Great experience at this store. Recently went in for summer sandals for my children (with my children), and not one, but two staff members came to help me. Each child got a pair of shoes that fit and both were on sale. Super happy with my experience. DSW has many brands. I have shopped here several times over the years and usually leave happy.

I tried to exchange an online order today with my online receipt and they needed my email proof of purchase as well. I was having trouble logging into my email at the store and they would not exchange for size and colour my son wanted. Extremely frustrating to deal with for an order I had then receipt for.
