After searching for a good hospital in Uttara for my elder brother's eye surgery, I heard about Bangladesh Eye Hospital on the recommendation of another doctor and got my brother's cataract surgery done here. Alhamdulillah, I liked the environment.

The hospital's environment was calm, welcoming, and reassuring, which made the entire experience of seeking medical care very comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the facility. As I waited for my appointment, I noticed how well the staff interacted with patients, taking the time to answer questions and explain procedures in a clear and patient manner. The doctors and nurses were also very approachable and friendly. During my consultation, I was impressed by the doctor's expertise and attention to detail. They listened carefully to my concerns and provided a thorough explanation of my diagnosis and treatment options. The treatment room was clean and well-maintained. However, even if the doctors give you advice you make the spectacles for your eye in the ground floor store of their hospital, I advice you not to. They don't have many choices of frame to select from instead the store beside it has way more various collection of frames to choose from. But, the doctors do suggest their hospital store for the sophisticated lens they now make. Thus, you can do one thing is buy frames from a different store of your chance and make the lens from this hospital's store. Overall, I would highly recommend this eye hospital to anyone seeking high-quality medical care in a pleasant and welcoming environment.

Nishat Parveen — she was the doctor. Don't ever go to that woman for your eye checkup. She damaged my perfectly normal eye. I was crying in agony. I have no idea how she even got her degree. A complete disgrace. I honestly thought I was going to go blind because my right eye was hurting so much after she tried to clear the germs with a cotton bud. Let me tell you — a doctor is only a real doctor if he or she has good hands, and this one clearly doesn't. I was in tears from the pain and had to urgently see Professor Dr. Harun Ur Rashid. As far as I know, doctors usually don't speak ill of other doctors, but he was very clear - what she did with the cotton buds was completely unnecessary. And even if it had been necessary, she used far too much force, which ended up damaging my pupil. I still can't open my right eye properly. So-called doctors like Nishat Parveen are the reason Bangladesh's healthcare system has become a joke.
