I am extremely disappointed with the overall service and treatment quality at Ship International Hospital in Bangladesh. My experience was completely unacceptable for a facility that charges such high fees. There was no support staff available to help transfer a wheelchair-bound patient, which caused unnecessary difficulty and stress for both the patient and the family. This level of negligence is not expected from a hospital. Additionally, the hospital seems to have only one cardiac doctor, and he is available for barely 2–4 hours a day. This limited availability for such a critical department is shocking. The doctor was also very rude and unprofessional in his behavior toward the patient. Considering the high charges the hospital imposes, the quality of treatment is extremely poor, far below basic standards of patient care. I strongly request the hospital management and relevant authorities to take immediate action to improve staff support, doctor availability, and overall treatment quality. No patient deserves to face such negligence.

Here’s a balanced review-style comment about Ship Overseas Inc. — summarizing strengths and recurring criticisms from real user feedback. ✅ What goes well Many customers say shipping through Ship Overseas was “smooth and stress-free”: paperwork was handled well, communications were clear, and vehicles often arrived in good condition. Some reviewers highlight that staff were “helpful” and “organized,” and that the company handled international logistics (export process, customs paperwork, port handling) competently and professionally. For a subset of clients, especially those familiar with overseas shipping, it seems the company delivers on its promises without major drama. ⚠️ Recurring complaints & risks A frequent complaint is “hidden fees.” One user wrote they were promised one price, but later required to pay extra for things like overnight shipping of paperwork, port access fees, storage charges — leading to significantly higher out-of-pocket costs than anticipated. Delays and logistical mismanagement are also common: users report shipments arriving many weeks (or even months) after the estimated delivery date, sometimes because the company “forgot” to load the car or missed paperwork. Some reviewers express frustration with customer-service: communication breakdowns, lack of clear instructions, and difficulty retrieving refunds or reimbursements when things go wrong. In worst-case stories, cars arrived dirty, with an empty fuel tank, extra mileage, or even after having to pay unexpected storage fees — which raises concern around care, transparency and reliability. 🎯 My take (if I were you) — When it might make sense to use them vs when you should be wary If you value convenience, paperwork support, and want a company experienced in international vehicle shipping — and you’re prepared to scrutinize the quote carefully — Ship Overseas could be OK. But only proceed if you get a fully detailed written breakdown of all potential fees upfront (shipping, customs, port access, paperwork, delivery, storage, etc.). If your shipping timeline or budget is tight — or if you don’t want to risk surprise costs/delays — I’d be cautious: you might prefer a shipping company with more consistently positive reviews and transparent.

very unnecessarily expensive. everyone in the wards are complaining about how they only care about money. operation costs are 50k minimum there. this isn't an exaggeration. understaffed as well. but that doesn't give them the right to be rude to patients or other family members. transport there is almost unavailable from evening onwards. best to leave the hospital at around the afternoon times, but not later than that. CNGs, ubers are available there. but not later than the afternoon. rickshas available but they don't really know around the place. they depend on you to know the directions. very bad management in general but they really are money greedy. and the roads there are underdeveloped so it gets scary for unskilled drivers to drive there because the buses are scary and don't wait. accidents are common there. you will have to order food from the kitchen as soon as the meal times start or you'll lose your chance. and best to take an extra set of clothing and hygiene supplies because they will suggest any type of treatment that will make you spend a few nights there. sometimes they charge extra for things they didn't even perform. we got charged for a doctor visit, but the doctor never came that day.

Unorganised, lack of doctors and testing facilities. The worst part is their Emmergecy Number or Hot Line Number which is a big joke as they won't respond no matter how many times you try. Oh the service staffs at OPD are untrained and highly unprofessional if you compare them with equally expensive hospitals. The staffs are rude!
