This facility is warm, clean and inviting. It is extremely well organized and highly efficient. It provides an environment that is very conducive to achieving one’s rehabilitation goals. Both the office and physical therapy staff are not only knowledgeable and caring, but also fun and effective. Their joyful attitude makes the rehabilitation process a pleasurable and fulfilling experience. They quickly identify the areas of your body that are not functioning properly, formulate a rehabilitation plan, and then work with you to successfully execute that plan. I am grateful for all that they have done for me.

My previous experience with Lake Centre for Rehab at Colony had not been productive, so I was skeptical about this referral. However, my point PT person, Sydney, was awesome this time. She was energetic, engaging, aware of my needs & issues to be accomplished, checkpointed with me along the way, listened to my questions & concerns, provided homework, etc. I would recommend Sydney. Glad I had her at all but 2 of my 12 sessions. The facility seemed clean. Front desk staff was polite. Wish Sydney had suggested taking a picture of us "working".

I went to Lake Centre for Rehab for help with new right hip replacement but since the surgery my left leg started with a lot of pain. Doctors told me I was walking differently so it will take time. The team working with me was great. They worked on my new hip and my other leg so strength would come back. All team members were understanding to my pain and challenge. They came up with prefect exercises to get my whole body back in sync. I am very happy with their commitment, communication,passion and patience of getting me the customer back to no pain. Thank you for all you did for me

Worked with Sydney Shaw for several sessions regarding leg and butt pain I had been having for 2+ years. She found a muscle knot that was causing all the discomfort. Worked with her and the staff to resolve the issue. Very grateful for all the progress made. I had been to other therapists, but Lake Center found the root cause and put me on a path to no pain. Wonderful group of professionals.i highly recommend them.
