They were both professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. Soledad was incredibly helpful throughout the mortgage process always quick to respond, explained everything clearly, and made something that can feel overwhelming actually feel simple. It’s not every day you get great service through text, but this team nailed it. I’d definitely recommend using their remote mortgage service it’s legit, convenient, and backed by people who really care about doing a good job.
