Dr. Farelli was great. Super friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me, which was important, and even prepared me for adjustments I was nervous for (explaining what was being done, the movement, and issuing reminders to relax) which is HUGE for anyone with anxiety about adjustments. Dr. Farelli awnsered all my questions, and makes the visit seem more like talking to a buddy (personable yet professional) which is good for anyone who tends to get nervous for these types of appointments. My back feels great and I was adjusted less than two hours ago. 10 outta 10 recommended, definitely my Chiropractor for North Bay!

Alex is such an amazing chiropractor. He sits down with you and explains exactly what he does, asks questions about you and what you need. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. I have scoliosis really bad and refuse to take pain meds, Alex has reduced my pain so significantly. And I've gotten a lot of motion back as well. I've recommended him to all my friends and family. All the staff at the clinic is so friendly and very accommodating.
