He took the time to explain everything to me, which was important, and even prepared me for adjustments I was nervous for (explaining what was being done, the movement, and issuing reminders to relax) which is HUGE for anyone with anxiety about adjustments. Dr. Farelli awnsered all my questions, and makes the visit seem more like talking to a buddy (personable yet professional) which is good for anyone who tends to get nervous for these types of appointments. My back feels great and I was adjusted less than two hours ago. 10 outta 10 recommended, definitely my Chiropractor for North Bay!
