Annie KhouryI’ve been to Pure Salon three times, and each time I’ve been shocked by the final bill. Most recently, I went in for a blow dry and was charged $80, which is absolutely insane for such a basic service. No hair oil was used, and my styled hair fell flat within 20 minutes of leaving. When I asked about a student discount, the front desk dismissively said, “Not today.” Between the high price, lack of transparency, and poor results, I won’t be going back.
Negar Tavakkol⸻ I had a very unexpected and disappointing experience. When you arrive, they send you to withdraw cash because they only accept credit cards, which was not communicated beforehand. I had an appointment with Cynthia, who charged me $169 after taxes for a demi-permanent hair color on shoulder-length hair. Unfortunately, the result was not satisfactory—my grey hair is still clearly visible and shining through. I did not expect this outcome, especially for the price.

I haven’t gotten my hair cut professionally in over 2 years and i was recommended to go see Nisanthy by a friend. Needless to say, she really did a great job. She paid attention to what i wanted and the inspos i showed her. She was very sweet and welcoming, explaining to me how my hair would look styled after the haircut. I’m very satisfied with the beautiful hairstyle she gave and will def be seeing her again🤍
