I feel very fortunate that we were referred to Kaylee to help us sell our investment property. We could not have asked for a better realtor. She worked great with our property manager, was very sweet and understanding towards our tenant and always made me feel like a priority. She answered all my questions right away and kept me informed along the way. Kaylee was able to get us a purchase price way over our list price and much more than we expected. I will start off by saying that the process was a breeze! From the point of contact to closing our agent Claudia was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. She made the monumental process of acquiring or first piece of land feel simple and less intimidating. She was very helpful answering all of the questions we had for her and very quick to respond to our questions or concerns. We will definitely be reaching out to her when we are in the market again!.
