First I want to assure you I am not a family member nor employee of Landmark. However, I am a genuinely satisfied customer. This is my 5th builder and my I6th home. My husband and I looked at literally 30-40 homes in Edmond before finding Landmark. The other homes did not have the quality or fine craftsmanship that I found at Landmark in The Springs. It is evident the moment you see both the interior and exterior of the house. The details make all the difference. Landmark was a true pleasure to work with. Their customer service is remarkable and outstanding. Everyone at landmark has been accommodating, polite and helpful and has gone above and beyond to create a really satisfying experience with the process. Jamie Serviolo, Amelia Stallings, Hudson Decker and Nathan Martinez have all exceeded our expectations. They deliver on their promises which is rare for a Builder. Having pizza delivered on move in day was also a rare unexpected treat, but this is what you can expect from Landmark. I can wholeheartedly and, more importantly, genuinely recommend Landmark builders!

Landmark Fine Homes was such a positive experience for us. This was not our first rodeo in the home building adventure and I would not change a thing about the process. Landmark takes the time needed to help with the selection and building process. We would drop by during the building from the foundation, studs, plumbing thru to painting. If we had questions during any of the process we were met by our construction supervisor. Other Google review stated appliances were cheap....that's NOT Landmark standard. Customers pick their own appliances if they buy-to-build, Landmark homes already-built Landmark homes have these same high grade appliances and fixtures installed. No we are NOT family nor do we work for Landmark!
