Not particularly impressed. I enquired about a Mazda 2, querying the mileage discrepancy between the advert number and mileage clock photo (>20k difference) - clearly no quality control before uploading these ads. Later that day, I'm then informed by the salesman that the price is nearly £2k HIGHER than the advert states - yet another slip up on their part, with barely any acknowledgement of their mistake. Test drove the car later that day, which was lovely in fairness, but then received a 'joke' from the salesman whilst trying to find my car keys saying something along the lines of how he was looking for the "cheap car" so it should be easy to find. I expected better from a reputable brand - it's not difficult to get your adverts listed correctly and not offend your customers!

I have driven a Mazda car for 10 years now and always dealt with Lansdown Mazda in Bath. I love the car and the experiences I receive from the dealership is outstanding they are almost like family now. Nothing is too much for them if you have any queries. Would highly recommend

This a review for a great service 21 years late. One afternoon 21 years ago when I was driving from Bristol back to Bath after work via M4 with my 3 years old daughter in the back seat, my car started having problems just before leaving the motorway and on A46. The Mazda garage in Weston was the only one within reach I could think of. Although my car was a small Citroen, the nice people at the garage were willing to have a look at my car. After a while, I was told that the car wouldn't start but noting was obviously wrong. After another while, a mechanic came to me and said some part under the bonnet had no pressure at all and the car could not have been drivable. He was puzzled that I had driven the car to the garage workshop from my daughter's nursery in Bristol on motorway and down the steep slopes of Lansdown Lane and Freezing Hill Lane. Anyway, they found the problem and had to order the part and replace the next day. This has just passed their close time, on a Friday if I remembered it correctly. The lady at the reception used her car to drop my delighter and me to my house on the other side of Bath. They got my car repaired the next day and charged me very reasonable, much lower than expected. Everyone in the garage was very helpful and friendly. I am and have been very grateful for the people who worked their for their willingness to help us to get out of a potentially big mess. Thank you!
