I’d give Chinmay 10 stars if I could. But since Kelly has been gone, their daytime secretary is cruel, rude, and clearly doesn’t understand customer service. I’ve now had over half a dozen instances where she’s failed miserably at even common decency let alone any empathy given she’s dealing with people in pain. I love Chinmay, but she is ruining their office one pissed client at a time. I’ve sent over a dozen clients to this office over the last decade I’ve been seen here. She’s changed the culture and I’ve heard from others as well. Time to let her go good sir!
