Several of my neighbors have recently hired Lapin Services for their septic tank issues, and they have recommended the company to me. I called them yesterday for an analysis of my system as I plan to sell my home soon, and I’ve been having issues with the system. I was relieved that Gary Foy, the project manager, made some time the same day to do an analysis, and he gave me several options to resolve the drainage issues. He listened to my concerns about recovering some of my landscaping if the drain field needed to be replaced. He gave me the pros and cons of replacing it now versus waiting to see if a pumping and an interior jet cleaning might resolve the drainage problem. He scheduled the Lead Plumber, Jose Martinez, to clean the interior drains to remove residue from the lines. Jose was professional and worked quickly, but he had to clear 35 plus years of gunk from the lines. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure that every interior drain was working properly before leaving. As a bonus, he is very gracious and funny! I will happily recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumbing technician. While the work to complete the drain field installation remains, I feel confident in the services the Lapin team will perform. Thus far, the team has been professional, they’ve notified me of estimated arrival times, they’ve listened to my concerns and have quickly provided a bid and payment options. It’s been a pleasure working with them.

I live in Kissimmee and when purchased my home it had a septic system. A few years passed and were told I needed a new drain field . I checked with a few companies and decided to go with Lapin. I used them for servicing my septic and they were honest, and dependable. Once they applied for permit to repair/install drain field city told them I had to connect to city sewer. Lapin communicated with me step by step until completed which was in a timely fashion. Lapin was courteous, professional, and honest throughout the transition from septic to city sewer connection.. I initially started with Lapin from word of mouth referral and never disappointed.
