Had a pleasant experience today, thanks to the very helpful desk agent. Unfortunately, I experienced some disruptions with passport services due to the Canada post strike. So today I was advised over the phone to visit the office, and speak with an agent in person. Thankfully, the security and the desk agent were extremely helpful and empathetic. Brandon, was very helpful in the whole process. He handled the situation with care, and helped to resolve all the issues. (Thank you!)

Great service when renewing our passports. We arrived around 8am and were the 7th group in line, with another 20 or so after us when it opened at 8:30. They come out early and get the lines organized, seperating out the people picking up passports, and those renewing/applying, then assign numbers to the first batch so they can go directly to a desk for processing. We were out by 8:45, and will pick up our passports in 2 weeks.

Went today (Thursday) to get my passport renewed. Arrived just before 8am. There were 3 people ahead of me. By the time they opened at 8:30 there were about 16 people in line all together. Service was incredibly organized and efficient. Make sure you have your paper work filled out before you arrive! One of the service workers comes outside of the office a few minutes before they open to organize people and give instructions. You can also ask for forms at this point. When they opened, I got to go to a passport agent counter right away. Got out of there by 8:40. When I left there were about 5-6 people still waiting to be served. Overall smooth process!
