Latitude Commercial are a fantastic company to work with for both property management and leasing. Being an out of state owner, we had to rely on them 24/7. Anything we needed, they made sure it was done in a correct and timely manner. Ryne with the property management team ran our property like it was his own and we could not have asked for a better manager. He always went above and beyond on all matters and issues regarding the center. The leasing team were excellent and very communicative when it came to releasing one of our spaces. They helped find the center a great tenant and were very helpful with getting them started. Hopefully we will get to work with Latitude again in the future.
