Had a 60 minute massage with Cindy. I had intense shoulder pain and needed it rubbed out. I get a massage twice a month but am traveling so needed to find a place while in town. Wow! What a great massage! I will definitely be going back when in West Bend again. And the hot stones where a perfect, relaxing ending. I highly recommend this place.

I pay for a 2 hour massage and get maybe 1 hour and 20 minute massage. They walk out in the middle of the massage to take phone calls or talk to someone who walks in. While they are not massaging, they leave the door open. They tuck a towel in your underwear and pull it half down you read end. When are looking for a full body massage, they barely massage any where other than the back. The personal can not speak ENGLISH. They can't massage very hard! My back is like stone and need it harder than normal. Every massage is the same regardless of the personal who is doing the massage. It is from soft to very soft. Their 2 hour massages were $100.00 and are now $140.00. For a 1 hour 20 minute massage. REALLY???? The only two things that is GREAT, is they are open late and and you can just walk in. No appointments in 2 weeks. I can call and have an appointment in 30 minutes.

First massage in over 25 years. Have only had a few in my lifetime. Was impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Very conscientious about how much pressure the customer prefers, and to communicate if that need changes. I was quite relaxed afterward, refreshed. Will definitely go back, and add 30 minutes of foot massage. Highly recommend.
