I had a 1:00 PM appointment for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over 4 hours with my kid. Around 3:30, I was told my car had just been pulled in, and by 4:00, they mentioned a few more things needing repair. I was also told the delay was due to one of their lifts going out and other issues in the shop. The guy at the front desk was new but super kind and came to update me without me even asking, which I really appreciated. I know things happen and the techs are probably doing their best, so I wasn’t trying to pester anyone, but the efficiency and scheduling definitely need improvement. Also, I’m active duty Air Force stationed in Wichita Falls, TX, and I bought my car from this dealership. I was told car buyers are prioritized for loaners, so when I requested one— since the extra repairs meant it would be another hour wait— I was told I couldn’t get one because I “live out of state.” That doesn’t make much sense when I’m stationed just under an hour away. Disappointing experience overall. I just want to go home. Edit: Got out of there at 5:49 PM. Price that was discussed before is $200 more than what I had to pay for. And they mentioned it took longer because people were going home.

Barbara is a knowledgeable advisor who cares for her clients. Very professional at her job. Clean, spacious waiting areas. Polite staff.

I would recommend this dealership! They took great care of us! Our Jeep Renegade was making a very strange and not good noise. We had drove all night from northern IL for graduation at Fort Sill. They were able to get us into the service department a couple hours after we got into town! Then they were able to fix it that same time. Everyone was very nice to us as we waited and I even found a used car I considered buying from them! The salesman was very nice and answered all my questions about the truck! Overall would recommend see these great and kind people!
