We have spoken to and worked with every team member in the service department and they all are amazing! Professional, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable about Kia vehicles. We drove into town with sensor issues and they got us in the next day and went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. The entire team from management to techs were working on our behalf with a collision company from another state to fix repairs they literally just chose not to do. The Kia Lawton service department communicated with us every step of the way. They made sure we understood what repairs would be needed and made sure the collision company and our insurance knew we would not be paying for it. Our car was returned fixed, in great condition, and in a timely manner. Absolutely thrilled with this team and their customer service! We'll most definitely continue to service our vehicle at Kia Lawton and when we're ready for another car payment, we'll walk over to the dealer side and add another Telluride!!
