Lawtons is a large chain pharmacy operated under the Sobeys umbrella. While it primarily operates as a pharmacy, it carries many other essentials. It has a generously sized home goods section upon entering the store, a decent cosmetic section, and carries a limited number of grocery items alongside the traditional items you would expect a pharmacy to carry. I've been visiting this location for a number of years, but only recently did I start using their pharmacy for prescriptions after consistently receiving negligible service at a nearby competing pharmacy. Rest assured, the service I receive here is phenomenal compared to what I was experiencing before. The pharmacy staff are kind, informative, and joyous, and the attending pharmacists are always happy to answer any questions you may have. A crucial element for me is that they are accurate in the time frames they provide when dispensing prescriptions. Seldom have I waited any longer than what they've advised me ahead of time. The store is well organized, and overhead signage is well indicated. The store is always clean, and lighting is plentiful. There is a small frozen/refrigerated food section and a large variety of prepackaged dry goods. Because this is a Sobeys owned location, you can expect to find many 'compliments' branded food items. Overall, Lawtons provides great pharmacy services while also selling a bit of everything else you might need on a day to day basis.

I had an excellent experience and am very pleased with this business. Everything was handled with care and attention, and the people here clearly take pride in what they do. The service was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to come across a place where the customer is genuinely valued, and it really made the whole experience stand out. Made a call to the store girl just answers hello, there was no greeting ie thank you for calling Lawtons how can I help you today? Not professional at all. There should be more training on how to answer phone calls. Not impressed.

Nice store, friendly staff BUT...Prices are way too much. Can find many of the same items elsewhere at a much lower price. Just my opinion. Oh, and Wednesday's are Senior Day with 20% off but you must have a Scene card to obtain the 20% off.
