This was the worst dentist visit I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Nobody asked me why I came in or what problems I was having. They showed a picture of someone else’s teeth on the screen and started checking my teeth based on that. When I asked why, they said the picture was from my file — but that’s not possible because this was my first visit there. The assistant said, “Sorry, we’re really busy and running late today.” I told her that W they should ask me what’s going on and why I’m coming here When the doctor came back, he didn’t check my teeth — even though one of them was falling apart. He just said I should make another appointment and then left. They charged me $260, but I still don’t know what I was charged for. The receptionist and assistant were also very unprofessional and didn’t explain anything when I asked for the price I paid. That’s not all. I had to pay by my CC because they said my insurance didn’t got back to them.. another weird thing.I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Today i called two times,They have a very rude secretary, I called to know if they would accept CDCP insurance or not and she said just call for the book appoinent and hung up again!!! Whyyyy

I got an immediate appointment with Dr. Pizem. He is extremely competent with many years of experience. He performed a root canal under a crown painlessly, also saving the crown. Very happy. All of the staff are calm and respectful. I recommend Dr. Pizem one hundred percent!

Dr. Pizem and his team are wonderful. They are always patient, kind, and careful with the incredibly skilled work they provide. Dr. Pizem is meticulous yet gentle. His calm confidence helps patients feel relaxed, which is not always easy when receiving dental treatment. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, warm, and welcoming. I feel very fortunate to be Dr. Pizem’s patient!
