They have family room for large group within budget. Good location. Near to Georgetown and Penang famous chendol. Tidy room equipped with all necessity. Mattress is good to sleep, toilet is ok. Space inside the room is big enough. They have mini fridge and safety box in the room. Only disadvantage is that the room don't have window.

Best of the hotel in my trip. Great location, easy to reach Komtar, market and famous local foods by walk. Staffs are super nice. Comfy room, large with all facilities. I like their shampoo+shower gel it smell so nice. They also provide water tank and a glass bottle to fill the water. No plastic bottle, thank you 😇 Love the owner's attitude that willing to offer the best to their guest. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Great location, very near the actual city center. So if you're keen on sightseeing or just want a place close to the city, this is it. If you're planning on staying here, keep in mind that parking is limited and it's first come first served. There is a shaded parking lot next to the hotel entrance, it's tandem parking so if you're the last, leave your number or let reception know. Security/safety Deposit is RM50, and it's cash only. So keep some cash with you for this. There's only a few floors, and a single lift to service them. It's kinda unique, instead of a traditional lift, they have a small cabin lift/ dumbwaiter looking thing that takes you up. Take the stairs if you don't wanna wait too long. It is slow but that's to be expected. Rooms were okay, but honestly you get what you pay for. Don't expect much. The room I had was on the 2nd floor, next to the road. So least be said, I could hear every single car, bike, truck, bus, pedestrian, you name it. It was clean, except for the water damaged ceiling. But otherwise it was alright. If you're there with your S/O or family, splurging a bit more gets you better alternatives. If you're a single traveller, who is a bit more flexible/ free and easy, then this is honestly quite a good deal. You're in a very central location, there's a lot to do in the day time, all within walking distance (albeit under the sun). At night, there's a 7 ELEVEN nearby, plenty of food outlets as well. TLDR: Good place for solo travellers, people looking for a convenient location over luxury, and the budget conscious. Rooms are decent, noise is an issue due to traffic but can easily be drowned out with earplugs or asking for a non road adjacent room.
