Really wanted to like this experience but after washing it again at home it has to be said: I asked for a simple trim/to only cut dead ends and didn’t get it. Requested 2-3 centimetres off and she took 3inches ; mentioned that I often need to tie my hair back but now have strands falling in my face at the gym. The layered “frame” she recommended came out blunt/choppy/doesn’t transition well to the long parts. I even mentioned it was cut too short once I could put my glasses back on to see it and she kinda gaslit me that it would grow back healthier… 🫤😐😑 In my experiences, hairdressers usually (and should!) show how much they plan to take off before getting to work and mine did not. I got 20% off due to a flash promo outside so can’t complain about the price, and same day delivery, etc. but ultimately I am disappointed with the results. Too bad! I wanted to find a spot in Villeray, but not sure I would recommend it because my hairdresser didn’t exactly listen to me.
I had my hair done there and I loved the service.The hair-styler (Antoine) is very friendly, professional and he blow-dried my hair beautifully. The following day my hair continued perfect.
Perfect ! Very nice warm and professional contact, taking my particularity and desire into account, full of advices and tips, fast service yet spending all the necessary/required time, the picky me is very happy and will sure come back !
