Leap Physiotherapy

For about a year I've had a nagging overuse shoulder impingement that was caused by multiple sports/weightlifting. The limited range of motion and tenderness was bothersome and even affecting my sleep. I went to Leap and saw Alex. He recommended dry needling. After just the first session I was amazed by the result; my ROM had drastically improved and the pain had subsided. After the second session my shoulder is about 95% better. Simply amazing. Dry needling definitely works and isn't just some voodoo magic treatment. If you have a similar injury, go see Alex. He's knowledgeable and does a great job.
