The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a comfortable atmosphere that puts you at ease right away. My physiotherapist took the time to carefully assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and explain a personalized treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. The sessions were thorough, and I really appreciated how they combined hands-on therapy with exercises I could continue at home. What stood out most to me was their genuine care and dedication. They didn’t just treat the symptoms but helped me work towards long-term recovery. The front desk staff were also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always accommodating with scheduling. Thanks to their support, I’ve noticed real progress and feel much better than when I first started. I would highly recommend Lifemark Dougall & Ouellette to anyone in need of physiotherapy. I got injured recently and received treatment from Leens and Natalie. They were both incredibly professional. Knowledgeable .they make me feel comfortable and supported and I truly appreciate the effort they put onto my recovery. They also have a great team working alongside them which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience, They are friendly and professional. Great team. organized clinic and excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Always accommodating. It would be taught in a way that is full of joy and smiles as they welcome you.
