OK, the customer service was Awesome!!!!!!It was clean, but It's an older motel. We were placed in a smoking room, which had my children coughing all night. The sheets had Cigarette burns everywhere, and it took a few hrs for our room to cool down. Also, when we warmed our food up in the microwave, the roaches started coming out. Lol. It's was just for the night. So no harm. We would stay again.

It was horrible, I was awaken by bedbugs biting me and immediately told the guy at the desk who stated there’s been no complaints in 9 years, I proceeded to show him. They were still crawling around the bed and pillows, in which he smashed them claiming they weren’t bedbugs. Blood was everywhere. He denied the fresh bites on me were real and began to question the ages of my nephews because they are tall. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the homeless.
