I felt cheated. On November 10th at 11.30am, I went for a standard haircut and requested just that at the reception. I was charged 800, and when I questioned the cost, I was told the rates had recently been increased. However, my receipt showed "Senior Haircut" - I neither requested a senior stylist nor was informed beforehand of the available options and their respective prices. The regular haircut rate is 400-500. You may have scammed me once, but I certainly won’t be returning. Break trust, and you lose a customer for good. editing after your reply - there is no reply option , how do u expect me to reply ? you have my name, date and time of my visit. what more details u need ?
