Great experience with this crew. Matt, the sales person, came to my house to take measurements, give me the run down, and share the high level timeline and process; helpful when comparing quotes. The process to select all features was bumpy, mostly because I had no experience and wanted to make sure I was ordering all the correct pieces and parts. But, once done, final appendix of the contract was completed and the scheduler took over. I really wanted the bathroom completed before thanksgiving, which based on when final paperwork were signed, was exactly one week. These guys said, no problem, and while skeptical, I said let's go! Within one week the crew demolished and rebuilt my bathroom. I took out the old cast iron tub, and wanted the old pink floor tile (which had just been re-tiled over) gone, and done right, and remove the 3 ft tile from the walls. This crew worked tirelessly over these days to get everything done, and I saw no shortcuts whatsoever. The tile work and grout lines are impeccable, my oversized niche was done incredibly well, the drywall replacement seamless with the old plaster walls (above the wall tile), and they replaced the floorboards and quarter rounds with mitred precision. I had them paint and hang/install all of my ordered things, and they did a great job; also making sure I had input for every placement of every item so that it was done exactly how I wanted. There were only a couple times I had to make sure things were done as I expected (e.g. paint behind the vanity vs leaving bare drywall as they would have done), take up the entire subfloor (the pink tile was on concrete), which was a change order I expected since it was important to me that any underlying issue on a 1950's house was found and addressed. I chose a slightly more expensive group compared to others, but I'm not mad about the result. I expected high quality, and high quality is what I got. And one week?! Worth it. Additionally, the main work crew are so nice and fantastic at their craft. Highly recommend.

We chose Quality Remodeling to completely remodel our primary bathroom after interviewing three other companies. First of all, Quality was the only one that offered to come to our home and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't want. After the first visit, Meghan came back with a proposal that was within our budget and gave us everything we asked for. We then realized that we would be happier with a simpler design and Meghan came up with a new plan and lower cost reflecting that. Scheduling happened within weeks. Their business model included our participation in going to a store to choose tile and also purchasing some of the hardware ourselves. When the work happened, it happened fast. Josue led the team and called on us to make some decisions when needed. The demo and tiling were done in a few days. The painting was done within a week of start. The shower glass was last. Along the way there were some challenges, and Malik and company worked through them gracefully with us. This was a good experience. Not only did the remodel not break our budget, but everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and communicative. The bathroom is exactly what we wanted.

Quality Remodeling is exactly that, quality. Matt the estimator came to my house and provided us a price detailing everything we said we wanted done. It wasn't the lowest price, but very fair. There was no high-pressure sales tactics, no one year, one month, and today's pricing. Everything was explained up front. Our project manager was great, keeping us informed at every step. The installation team was clean and excellent asking us any questions we had concerning grab rail placement. The bath was transformed into a much more friendly environment with a fiberglass tub enclosure replaced with a beautiful and functional walk-in shower. I highly recommend Quality Remodeling for the quality of their work and customer service. They provide great value for the money.
