MILITARY MEMBERS BE AWARE. They will manipulate the meaning of the lease after you sign it, they tried to charge us with fees, ignoring the Service Members Civil Relief Act when my husband got orders. They will use every little excuse, with no proof, to try to steal money from you and your deposit when you move out. And judging by their responses to other reviews, there is no accountability from them. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY FAMILIES. Absolutely horrible company.

I made the mistake of trusting this company through the positive Google reviews, but after they found out I wasn’t in state they took advantage of that and found a tenant and let them move in two weeks earlier than they told me. The only reason I found out is because I was still in touch with my old neighbor, and he told me they had moved in or else I would’ve never known. They also didn’t add a pet fee to the contract when it was clear the tenants had dogs. They were not honest and did not communicate in an efficient manner instead of calling me directly I was always left voice messages and video messages after many hours or the next day. It left us very worried and concerned as to what is happening behind our backs. Did they charge them the money and pocket it?! I only had them for one or two months because I felt like I could not trust them after that and moved to a different property management company. They also are not even headquartered in Oklahoma which is sketchy, they just have a small office there with people that are not professional. Homeowners be very careful hiring these guys to manage your property. Edit: as you can see from their reply they are unprofessional and do not take accountability for any mistakes they made. Craftsman Property Management has been exceptional. Their online platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Moreover, their ability to address any concerns we may have had in an efficient and timely manner is commendable. We utilized the portal for any items that needed to be addressed and they were sending out someone the day of our the next day and we could track the progress. Additionally, the seamless and swift move-in process was laudable, reflecting Craftsman Property Management's commitment to providing excellent service. The house we are residing in is stunning and located in a desirable neighborhood. I couldn't recommend CPM more!

I rented a house from this company for two years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They addressed anything and everything quickly and efficiently when problems would arise in the rental. They were also willing to work with me to move my lease to month to month for the extra time I needed to close on my new home. They answered all questions I had quickly even if some were pretty obvious in hindsight. I would rent from them again and will recommend them to anyone looking to rent a house if they have a property in that area. Thanks again!
