Horrible. I called asking if they sold Life Insurance, and the receptionist hung up on me. I called back thinking that maybe the call had dropped. The guy (it was a guy) wouldn't pick up the phone. That tells me all I need to know. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I'll bet that kid is Gen Z. No manners, no personality, no care or concern, and just wants to play with his phone. Horrible.
