From start to finish Chart is the best of the best. We did a large job putting in a legal basement apartment. Chart not only met but exceeded our expectations at every step. The staff and subcontractors were all amazing. Thank you to everyone especially to Matt, Joshua and Marley! We will be back for our bathrooms very soon.

We just finished a kitchen renovation -- our third round of renovations with CHART -- and would definitely use them again if we had another phase of renovations planned. We had a fantastic experience renovating two of our upstairs washrooms with CHART in February 2025. We are confident in rating CHART “5 Stars” and would strongly recommend them to friends and Neighbours. We had previously had them renovate our kitchen five years ago, so we were familiar with their high level of professionalism. They assisted with the design for each room and completed the entire job within the original schedule ( 6 weeks). Prior to any demolition, the house was prepped to make sure the floors and walls to the bathrooms were properly covered/protected. The project manager kept us updated and was proactive in addressing any issues that arose. All the trades were professional and personable. Couldn’t be happier!
