Had to be somewhere by noon.. didn't call until 11:30..got there on time, clean car, lovely conversation with my driver, was having a crappy morning and talking with my driver brightened my day. Was $3.50/mile plus a service or pick-up fee..on the expensive side for my budget BUT good customer service is worth paying for as well as prompt arrival and drop off, etc..alot of these drivers have families and are in school as well or working 2 jobs so I don't mind paying it forward in those situations especially..they honestly don't always get tipped well either so it's a hard living...thank you kindly to my driver. Cesar transported us to Lexington airport. He was very punctual, professional and friendly. We messaged him from Atlanta on our return. He was at the airport when we arrived. This service saved us time, money and stress. We left our cars parked at home and enjoyed impeccable transport service.

If it were possible to give 10 stars I would! This company, & Caesar in particular, are incredible. I contacted them yesterday to see if they could possibly pick-up flowers for me that I had ordered for a dear friend’s memorial service & deliver them to the church (I live in California & the florist didn’t deliver on Sundays.) They indicated they would be happy to help & took the information (& accepted payment via a secure link). Today, they contacted me via text when they were en route to the florist & kept me updated via text every step of the way, sending photos of the flowers on the pulpit once they were delivered, at the exact time I had requested. They truly went “above & beyond” & I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend you use this company - they are exceptional!
