The way this company conducts business driving with total disregard for safety on the road is beyond disgusting, this driver drove on the shoulder cutting traffic with a semi truck that can easily kill people on blind spots!! This driver deserves to loose their license!!!

I've been working for LEXMAR for two years..First monts were difficult for me... Easy loads: Costco, Home Depot, Pepsi, Walmart and a few small companies..the same addresses . Working areas:Bay area, Az and St. George Ut.. In the first year ( 9 months of working; vacation) I earned gross 59.000. In the second year of working gross 62.000(9 months of working/vacation). I've heard :the max salary gross 80000$ Evey month 200$ safety bonus, 500$ once a year safty bonus. Vacation is paid 40 hours/ 5 days.Sick days also are paid.All extras e.g road service, extra stop, inspection of the trailers ect ect are paid.per hour or flat rate...It gives you 100~250 $ extra per month . Good equipment: Penske trucks (volvo 760 automatic)for drivers after a few months of hiring...company trailers 95% in good condition (90% drop / hook loads)Everywhere you have pros and cons colleges!. Bottom line I like LEXMAR... ,nice people...very friendly dispatch....

As someone with 19 years of driving experience, I expected a fair and thorough evaluation of my skills. However, the test person conducting the evaluation proved to be unqualified and lacking in professionalism. During the test, I was taken on a short trip in the Pomona area and onto the 57 highway before returning. I successfully completed eight clean turns and executed a somewhat tight dock maneuver with precision. However, to my surprise, I was failed based on the observation that I drove into the carpool lane. This assessment seemed rather strange and arbitrary, considering the overall proficiency demonstrated throughout the test. It is disheartening to be judged solely on one minor mistake, especially after showcasing years of experience and skill. This inconsistency in the evaluation process raises concerns about the fairness and reliability of LDI Trucking Company's driver test. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution other drivers who may be considering applying to LDI Trucking Company. While I cannot speak for everyone, I believe it is essential for potential applicants, like Marlene, to be aware of the potential issues they may encounter during the evaluation process. In conclusion, the driver test at LDI Trucking Company left me disappointed due to the unqualified and inconsistent evaluation I experienced. I hope that the company takes steps to improve their evaluation process, ensuring fairness and accuracy for all applicants.
