This company is questionable. First off the cabs stink. First time I rode with them the driver said if I text him an hour before I need to be at work he could pick me up at a set time. Texted him and at the pick up time was a no show. Never answered when I called and was late. Had the nerve to call back at 6 the next morning and say he was asleep at 1015pm..Next time I called the price went from $5 to $10 for less than half a mile. I only had what I had been paying. Driver act like he didn't want to unlock the door and take the money...Never again.. I'll just take the bus and get there two hours early. Craziness.

The driver picked us up at the airport to take us to a hotel downtown. Traffic was terrible so the he got frustrated and just took us to the local mall and abandoned all six of us there with all of our luggage. Update: In response to the owner, our driver was impatient and kept turning around, looking for a different way every time he encountered traffic. Yes the traffic was bad, and it would have taken longer than normal to make it downtown, but we would have made it. Instead he just gave up and kicked us out of the cab. Airlines don’t abandon their passengers. They eventually get their passengers to their destination even if it takes a little longer than expected. Also, the hotel van driver didn’t refuse to pick us up. The van was in traffic and they didn’t want us to wait too long so they agreed to pay for a taxi to bring us to the hotel. When they heard that your driver abandoned us they were appalled and immediately sent their van again to come find us. Your driver was unprofessional and his behavior was unacceptable.

Elvis, is a SAINT!!! I flew into the wrong airport & this trip was one only gets it experience once in a lifetime. He got me to where I needed to go safely & quickly and I cannot thank him enough!
