I contracted with Pulaski Roofing because the large flat roof on our condo building needed some extensive repairs. The building was built in 2006, and despite yearly maintenance some of the owners noted signs of roof damage, namely wet spots on their ceiling and wall. Nick Stevens, the supervisor, contacted me quickly. He inspected the roof and got back to me with what I thought were reasonable estimates. He was friendly and very professional. Pulaski’s crew began the work shortly after I signed the contract. They were efficient, and thorough. The work was completed over a two day period. All debris was removed. Nick took my call in the middle of the night when I was in quite a panic experiencing a leak due to an issue with my flat roof. He helped me troubleshoot and was there the next day to inspect and come up with a plan. He gave me options based on what he saw and provided what I believe were fair prices for the scope of work. Importantly, he offered me a warranty for the bigger scope of work which told me that he stood behind his work. He provided a contract and his team got to work the same day and finished the next. After working with Nick and his team, my roof has a watertight seal and I have peace of mind. He was professional and friendly. I will be telling all my neighbors about Pulaski Roofing and Engineering!

Nick and Fabian did a great job sealing up my roof before a big winter storm. I just bought my house a few months ago and was not expecting to have to take care of this so soon. They were able to work with me on price and payment and the work was done quickly.
