An efficiently ran business. Response times are quick, and you can potentially have direct contact with therapists and nurses. Therapy really is what you make it. I believe it's more difficult to find a bad therapist than it is a good one. It can take trial and error within therapy for a person to realize what they really need help with. I think this a great place for anyone to start and continue their therapy journey. I see Alexis, and although she is a somewhat newer individual in the practical world of professional therapy, she's helped me come to realizations, which drastically help me help myself, and allow me to come to conclusions that I had been hiding from myself. For me, she has a calm and realistic approach when giving advice about managing my self, and that really works for me.

I truly believe every one of us needs therapy. For me it’s a constant that helps keep me and my life balanced. I’m blessed with an amazing therapist, Lauren. She is down to earth, real and so easy to talk with. She always finds the root of my issue ❤️ One of my favorite things about her is that she practices hypnosis. I honestly can tell you that this has changed my life. It’s a tool I can use with her and after our appointments on a daily basis or as I need. There should be zero stigma around therapy and I’m happy I’ve found one of the best.

This is probably the most important review I have ever written (and I write plenty). I have been through therapists and counselors and have made a little progress with lasting issues every time. I struggled with trauma and some pretty bad anxiety. Some people say mental health is a joke. I can see why they have thought that after seeing the therapists I have seen. Jesi Deregance is a game changer. Shes funny, passionate, super smart and patient. She really listens to you. She isn't pushy and she leads you in the right direction but is also not afraid to call you out when you need it. She helps you understand yourself and also give yourself a break. She has saved my marriage and helped me learn to change how I see the world. I just cannot put enough in here to express how greatful I am for her. And on top of it all, life balance is affordable. They will set you up with a payment plan and work with your insurance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take my word for it, from someone who has been on the search forever for holistic help... this is the place for you.
