Life in Balance Yoga

What an amazing and unique experience! We signed up for beginners aerial yoga. One of us had moderate yoga experience and other did not. It was such an amazing class. Julie was an amazing instructor. She was so friendly and calm, and walked us through every single process. We were able to gently swing in the silk hammocks, invert to a kind of floating down dog, and even cocooned ourselves up into little personal "seated" lotus positions. But most impressive of all is that all of us, with said levels of experience, that we were all able to flip out of the hammocks!! This was such a great experience that i would recommend to everyone. The space is cozy and connected to Wicked Gems boutique. And everyone was so nice. They have their own parking but we just paid in the lot behind the bookstore. If you have time check out the local stores & shops, including Little Fox bookstore and cafe.

Amazing!! We had a Mom's Night Out here, and it was so much fun! We will be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

Thank you Life in Balance for providing such a beautiful and welcoming space to practice. I was visiting my parents in Hanover for a few weeks and was looking for a studio to continue my practice. All the teachers are wonderful and I loved the space downtown. The classes are great for beginners or more experienced yogis. So glad I could keep up my strength and flexibility and give myself that important hour to quiet my mind.
