I came here after a motor vehicle accident and specifically requested Karen because of her wide range of skills and services. She was a delight to work with as we troubleshot what worked for me. I also appreciated the excellent support from her student, Calla. Parika at the front desk was also helpful. always on top of the paperwork for my MVA claim and consistently remembering to provide parking validation when I forgot. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I hardly had to worry about the administrative side of things. Austin also gave good massages, I like his approach of massaging and ROM movements. Overall, a good experience with both the care and the support staff.
