I am so grateful for the team at Lifemark. Over the past four and a half months they have genuinely changed my life for the better. When I first came in after a workplace accident, I was shut down, quiet, and felt curled into myself. Eric helped me build confidence with strength and range of motion. Meghan met me where I was at and helped me feel hopeful and grateful again. Morgan pushed me to try new activities and challenged me to grow. Madison brought joy and fun into my time in the gym, and helped me believe in myself again by hyping me up. She even made a certificate of achievement when I finished my recovery program, which I will be framing and hanging up to remind myself that not only can I do hard things, but there are kind, wonderful people who are there to help us back up when we fall. I feel like myself again, maybe even more so than before my accident. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for your support. You have helped more than you know.

I have received Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at Lifemark in Wortley Village twice for pregnancy and postpartum related issues. Laura is a wonderful physiotherapist and makes an “uncomfortable” situation very comfortable. I really appreciate how friendly, open, considerate, and genuine she is. The first time I visited her I was very nervous. She has made every visit as relaxing as possible and is always very respectful. She only does what I am comfortable with and checks with me throughout the appointment to gage my comfort. If you need to visit someone for pelvic health, I would 100% recommend Laura. As a bonus, for the postpartum mamas who can’t find childcare or are not yet ready to leave their newborns, Laura will let you bring your baby to your visit.

My physio Laura Ritchie is a wonderful PT. She helped me heal from a fall just prior to my first 1.5 marathon. She is caring and very knowledgeable. I recommend Laura for running patients , exercise and anyone who needs great physiotherapy care.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this lifemark location. I go in for regular physiotherapy maintenance for one issue. But I had an acute issue pop up a few weeks ago and they have been more than helpful with physiotherapy instruction and at home exercises. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and make for a well-rounded experience! Laura and team are great!
