I started seeing my therapist, Ryan, about 8 months ago and I cannot be happier with the results I'm seeing in myself with his help. I have seen a number of therapists in the past and while they have always been fine, I would always feel that something was lacking with my treatment. Ryan has really pushed me to do the work that I need to do in order to feel better, instead of just sitting there and listening to me talk for an hour every week. He asks the hard questions and kindly challenges me when my thinking might be skewed, which has allowed me to gain better insight into my own mental illnesses and apply them in my life. The difference I feel is incredible. It's hard to describe it here so I will just say that I am very happy with my treatment with Ryan and the services I receive through LifeStance in general. Also, Ryan laughs at my dumb jokes so he automatically gets 5 stars. P.S. Shoutout to LifeStance for having an excellent patient sign in process for appointments. It is super simple and easy to confirm appointments and make payments and lots of places do not do this well.

They were helpful from the very beginning helping me find someone who I could fit into my schedule. The receptionist was super friendly and I can’t say anything bad about the therapist I had seen. She made me telling her about my life, easy and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
