I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The company demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism throughout my experience. Key issues include: Difficulty in contact: It was consistently difficult to reach anyone at the company. Scheduling problems: The company repeatedly made scheduling errors. Unfair charges: Despite the scheduling issues being the company's fault, they attempted to charge me. Lack of communication: The company failed to respond to emails and phone calls. I left callback numbers, but my calls were never returned. Overall, the poor communication, frequent scheduling problems, and attempts to charge me for their errors have led to a very negative experience. I would not recommend this company.

Excellence care! The VA sent me to some outside therapy where I was connected with Anisa Pasho as my therapist. I haven’t been in the best place recently but she has been extremely helpful. I waited years to seek treatment and even longer to meet with a therapist and didn’t even want to. I’m so glad I was talked into it. She knows when to just listen, she knows when to speak up, she knows how to gently encourage me to get outside my comfort zone, and gives amazing advice in such a caring way. I could go on and on. To any of my fellow veterans or anyone else out there. I strongly encourage you to seek out Anisa. She pours her heart and soul into all types and approaches of therapy and is constantly striving to learn so she can better help. We even spoke about how she attended a veteran mental health awareness event to help better understand the veteran side. I’ve had a wonderful experience and that’s coming from someone who never thought I would talk to anyone. I had no desire to. I’m sure glad I did. To my fellow vets. Please talk to your provider about outside help if the VA is taking too long or the provider isn’t a good fit. It truly does help and that’s coming from a stubborn infantry Marine who hates asking for help or admitting to anything being wrong. We didn’t complain while in and that seems to stick with us when we get out. We have to change our thinking. I know that’s easier said than done but we have to fix that 22 a day number and the right therapist can make all the difference. Plus, the more veterans who seek help will allow others like us to see that it’s okay and doesn’t make us weak. I’m now a believer. Thank you Anisa for everything you have done for all your patients including myself!

I reached out to Taylor Sanders because her bio said she was trauma-informed and practiced CBT. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When I tried to talk about my trauma, I often received litte comments like “that’s tough." And that's about it. When I asked directly about CBT four sessions in — something she advertises — she cut me off and said she can refer me elsewhere. I left sessions feeling dismissed and unsupported. If you are seeking structured CBT or trauma-focused therapy, I would recommend clarifying up front whether those services are actually provided here. She seemed very unfamilar with what to say or do.

they took my money and then failed to provide care, when I raised this a provider told me that clinic management would reach out to me about my concerns but they never did. and when I emailed the company about it no one followed up. these providers here are disorganized in a way that is detrimental to patient care and this company has no problem stealing your money
