I wasn't having luck finding someone who dealt with my needs until someone else gave me LifeStance Health's website. Since then, I haven't had any issues. Everyone is very caring and easy to talk to. There are more options than other places, like tele-health appointments. I also needed a psychiatrist that works with me as well. There aren't very many psychiatrists where I'm from that are trustworthy, or I haven't been to before. Since I've gotten with LifeStance Health, I have to say I actually like therapy and feel it is doing amazing for me with my meds. It's very easy to get an appointment and after your "intake" appointment, you get an appointment for your next appointment before your appointment is completely finished. Their billing system is a scam. I've paid every copay at time of service and have proof of each transaction and they will not provide an email to send the proof of transaction, and are still trying to argue that I owe. Also my therapist just up and left with no warning. This company has stressed me out and almost sent me to collections, yet these are mental health services.

Great Therapists, but have to watch billing practices. The current system requires that I pay a $35 deductible before my appointment. My company plan does not require any deductibles for my mental health. The portal makes it very difficult, if at all possible, to proceed without paying a deductible that I do not owe. It took almost 6 months, but I was finally issued a credit for over $150 in deductibles they had collected in error, and an email indicating that they had adjusted the portal so that I would no longer HAVE to pay in order to see my therapist. That adjustment lasted about a month or two and now, but no longer applies. Very frustrating!

I have seeing a therapist, on a regular basis at Life Stance Health(formerly Psychology Specialists) for around 2 years. During this time I have received excellent professional care. When LifeStance took over, I will admit to having concerns only, because I was used to such excellent service. However, the transition on my end has been easy. I would definitely recommend their services. My therapist is wonderful!!
