Was 8 minutes late to my scheduled appointment and did everything online before hand but they still wouldn’t take us. Then they say we still need to do a children’s health questionnaire and that they sent it to us. After showing the front desk lady that wasn’t the case and that the check in said everything was complete she continued to be smirky and rude and tell us she couldn’t help us. But she obviously knew we didn’t receive it. She tried sending it again and showed her it still didn’t send. She saw on my phone. So then she gave me actual paper to fill out. Wish I got the front desk lady’s name but she shouldn’t be at the front desk because she’s rude. Also the appointment was with Adrian Driscoll and she wouldn’t take us when we were only 8 minutes late and we drove 40 minutes to see her. Also, the front desk lady wasn’t at the front desk when we got there and there was no bell or anything. Also the location is in a run down building with 3 floors and only 1 bathroom for the building to use so my son had to wait 20 minutes just to use it. DO NOT GO TO THE ELMHURST LOCATION. EMPLOYEES AND DOCTORS RUDE and place needs more than one bathroom for 3 floors of businesses

Scheduling and checking in for appointment was easy enough. Would have preferred to have someone in office to ensure everything was set prior to appointment time. Provider shouldn't need to be doing basic check in before starting the session

Great customer service, I was early,still didn't have to wait long, I was having issues with my phone not being able to get into the portal, The Receptionist. figured it out For me which was very helpful! Also my therapist was Clinical, Yet Is very personable, Makeing it get a relaxed atmosphere.!
