Worst therapy experience ever. In 20+ years of therapy I have never walked out of an appointment until today. All the therapist did was badger me and mock me. He got annoyed when I did not understand his questions and continued to ask the same questions, phrased the exact same way, over and over. When he rolled his eyes at me, I ended the session. Most unprofessional mental health 'professional' I've ever dealt with. This guy is why people are afraid to go to therapy. I won't even get into the 13 days of frustration I had dealing with the administrative staff to even get this appointment.

I made a leap and tried to better myself by scheduling an appointment with these clowns. My appointment was at 1:00 today, it is not 1:14 and I have not received a link nor a phone call to begin my appointment. I completed all the annoying online portal requirements and uploaded all the documentation they requested in advance of my appointment, and scheduled time out of my day to be available, only to be blown off. I also attempted to call these jokers 30 minutes in advance of my scheduled appointment, and worked my way through the phone tree only to be told the offices are closed, with no option to leave a message. This is why people don't reach out for help, because the 'help' is more often than not in need of 'help' themselves. Do not recommend, won't be rescheduling, and will be vehemently arguing against any imposed late or reschedule fees that I am certain they will impose. Worst company ever.
